Who we are

Barz is a PrivacyPortal product. PrivacyPortal (privacyportal.co.uk) is a UK company, and Barz sits under the PrivacyPortal umbrella alongside its other software. The Barz plugin for FL Studio, this website and the account service were designed, developed and are maintained by PrivacyPortal’s in-house software and development team. No agency, reseller or third-party publisher is involved.

Why PrivacyPortal charges you

Because PrivacyPortal builds and runs Barz, PrivacyPortal is also the company that takes your payment. When you save a card or buy a membership, the secure checkout is run by Stripe on behalf of PRIVACYPORTAL LTD, so the checkout page, your receipts and your card statement show PRIVACYPORTAL LTD rather than Barz. A PrivacyPortal charge for £4.99, £49.95 or £79.99 is your Barz membership. The 30-day trial saves your card but takes no payment; continuing afterwards needs your approval, and the lifetime plan is a single payment with no renewal.

What the team does

The same team writes the plugin, runs the account and activation service, publishes the Windows installer, answers support and decides what ships next. Feedback from artists goes straight to the people who build the product.

Support and billing questions go to welcome@barz.cc, which reaches the PrivacyPortal team directly. You can manage or cancel your membership from your account at any time; cancelled memberships stay active until the end of the paid period.
